A) How it works?

  1. You select the Slot from given / available Date and Time from our “Book A Slot” Section.
  2. A Consultancy Slot is of 15-Minutes
  3. Consultancy Fees for the Slot is Rs. 500/- (Per Slot / 15 Minutes)
  4. After selecting the Date/Time, please make Payment of Rs. 500/- for a Slot by Scanning the UPI QR Code shown in Book A Slot Page or just make UPI payment through your Payment App (Bank App, Google Pay, PayTM, PhonePe, etc.) to spmconsultant@okicici
  5. After making the payment please provide other necessary information like your name, number, email, city/address, and the UPI Transaction ID or UPI Reference ID which you would receive in your Payment App after making the payment.
  6. Please provide any message or short description about your problem
  7. Submit the request
  8. We will receive and review your request and verify the payment made by you.
  9. After your payment is verified, we will provide you the requested slot and as per the mutual suitability, a call will be made either by you or by us at given time.

B) Other Terms and Conditions

  1. Please note that, Consultancy Charges are non-refundable
  2. If you need more time or slot after 15 minutes, we will try best to provide you earliest available slot or the very next slot if it is available. Charges will remain same, Rs. 500/- Per Slot
  3. In case there will be a need of additional documents or extended guidelines and follow-up including any Soft-work or Software or Technical Intellectual intervention after the Consultancy, those charges will be estimated as per the requirement and those charges will be extra and exclusive of Consultancy Charges.
  4. In case of non-attended Consultancy Slot due to any unavoidable or sudden reason at our end, we shall arrange to provide you other slot or the amount paid by you will be refunded to you on your given payment/account details.
  5. In case the booked slot remains non-attended due to any sudden natural calamity or event of “Act-of-God”, the slot may be postponed or given on other available time or date as agreed by both the parties mutually.
  6. Slots booked with Failed Payment Transaction, will be de-booked accordingly and will be made available to book publicly, which can be booked by anyone. You will need to try to book the same slot or any other slot again with successful payment transaction.
  7. We will not be responsible for Network issues and voice quality or clarity problems due to Network issues and due to which the Fees will not be refunded. However, in such a scenario, the transcript of the Consultancy conversation can be shared by us to you in relevant form, if it is needed.
  8. We reserve the right to cancel the slot in relevant conditions or due to the circumstances and in that case the payment will be refunded to the Customer accordingly.
